Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Mama & Baby Bites. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You can also open it from the app: Settings, then Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or a renewal ends to avoid being charged. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

I got a new phone. How do I get Premium back?

Sign in with the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android), open the app, and tap Restore purchases in Settings or on the subscription screen.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play's refund help.

How do I delete my information?

Your details are stored only on your phone, so deleting the app removes everything it saved. You can also change your details any time in the app's Settings. See our Privacy Policy.

Reminders aren't showing up

Check that the reminder is turned on in the app's Settings, and that notifications are allowed for Mama & Baby Bites in your phone's settings, under Notifications.

Medical questions and emergencies

We can't give medical advice. For questions about your baby's or your own health, please talk to your pediatrician, doctor or another qualified professional.

Baby emergencies

If your baby is choking, having trouble breathing, turning blue, unresponsive, or showing signs of a severe allergic reaction (swelling of the lips or tongue, trouble breathing, hives all over), call 911 right away. Give epinephrine first if it has been prescribed.

Poison Control

If your baby swallowed something that might be harmful (medicine, cleaning products, a button battery, a plant), call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222, free and open 24/7. If your baby isn't breathing or is unresponsive, call 911.

If you're in crisis

If you're having thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, free and confidential, 24/7. If you or your baby are in immediate danger, call 911.

Support for moms

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or low after having a baby is common, and help works. The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline is free, confidential and open 24/7: call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262). Postpartum Support International's HelpLine (1-800-944-4773) connects you with local support; it isn't a crisis line.
