Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Culman Brothers LLC ("we" or "us"), which makes and runs the Mama & Baby Bites app. They apply when you download or use the app. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Mama & Baby Bites is

Mama & Baby Bites offers recipes, feeding plans, articles, tips, reminders, tracking tools and an AI chat helper for parents of babies and young children. It's for adults (18 or older) using the app for themselves and their family.

Not medical advice

Everything in the app, including articles, recipes, plans, tips and chat answers, is general information for education only. It isn't medical, pediatric or nutritional advice, and it doesn't create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.

Always ask your pediatrician, doctor or a registered dietitian about your child's and your own health, and never delay getting care because of something you read in the app. In an emergency, call 911. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

You're in charge of your child's safety

You decide what and how to feed your child. Always prepare food safely, offer textures that suit your child's age and development, check ingredients for allergens, and stay with your child while they eat.

The AI chat helper

Answers in the Ask tab are written by an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they aren't checked by a person before you see them. Use them as a starting point, not as advice, and check anything important with a professional. Don't use the chat for emergencies.

Subscriptions and free trial

Some features need a paid subscription, bought through Apple's App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. New subscribers may get a free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription on iPhone in Settings under your name, then Subscriptions, or on Android in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
• Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• If we change prices, Apple or Google will tell you before the new price applies.

Using the app fairly

Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app's content, try to break or reverse-engineer the app, overload the chat helper, or use the app for anything illegal or harmful.

Our content

The app's text, recipes, drawings and design belong to Culman Brothers LLC or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own family, but not for commercial purposes. Photos are credited where their licenses require it.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features and content at any time, and we may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll let you know in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Limits of our responsibility

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Culman Brothers LLC isn't liable for any harm, loss or damage that comes from using or relying on the app or its content, including chat answers. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and Culman Brothers LLC, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

If you got the app from Google Play, these terms are between you and Culman Brothers LLC, not Google, and Google Play's own terms also apply to your use of the store.
